The Morning NOONAN Night Real Estate Team consists of a Real Estate division, headed up by Michael Noonan and partners Cori Endrody and Allan Bassenden and a Dominion Lending Mortgage division being run by Kimberley Mabon to address all of your mortgage needs!

Our goal is to simply service our clients better than the competition and to provide a relaxed, fun atmosphere in order to make your transaction an enjoyable one. In the past, many of our friends, family and clients have come to us to find and/or sell a home, then have had to make a separate appointment to meet the mortgage agent, then make their way to their lawyers office (twice) in order to simply complete their transaction.

We are attempting to alleviate that hassle and provide you with all of your needs under "ONE ROOF" as we have taken up residence above the offices of Furlong Collins Fitzpatrick located at 104 Queen Street West, Brampton and can now offer all of you the opportunity of being able to buy your home, arrange financing and sign all pertinent paperwork with the solicitor in one place at one time!

Team Leader

He began his Real Estate career in the Durham Region in 1989. He quickly established a Real Estate business that has catapulted him to the top. For over 18 years he worked his way up the ranks earning awards every year. His award winning selling philosophies are the catalyst of success for his award winning Real Estate Team. His Team currently leads the Toronto Real Estate Board in unit sales (year to date – 2008).

CORI ENDRODY:

Sales Representative

Born and raised in Brampton, Cori has had the distinct pleasure of seeing the community, government and infrastructure grow to become one of Canada's largest and most influential cities.

After 15 years in Marketing and Communications, Cori decided to follow her passion of bringing people and homes together in a career of Real Estate. Cori has been a licensed Realtor for 5 years and has been a consistent top producer for our Team.

LESLEY CORDEIRO:

Sales Representative

Lesley was born in England and moved to Canada in 1964 where she settled in Bramalea.

After 10 years in administration with the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Lesley turned her attention to her 3 children and began her 14 year tenure ship of "stay-at-home Mom". Lesley joined the Morning NOONAN Night Real Estate Group in the spring of 2010 and has been a much needed Head of Administration since then.

KIMBERLEY MABON:

Mortgage Agent

I was born and raised in Goderich, ON. Since then, I settled in the Brampton/Caledon area while raising a family of three with my husband, Michael Noonan.

The transition to Mortgage Agent from Real Estate Agent was easy, as I was still assisting many different people on a daily basis, with making their "dreams" come true. As a proud member of this Team, I head up the Lending division and Michael Noonan is our Team Leader heading the Real Estate division.
